How do I book at Unbreakable Physiotherapy?
Pick a time above. Every time is a live opening from the clinic's own calendar and already includes the service, length and price. Your booking is confirmed instantly — nothing waits on the clinic approving it.
Are these times really available?
Yes. Availability is published straight from Unbreakable Physiotherapy's calendar and a time disappears the moment it's taken — no padding, no fake scarcity. If a time you wanted is gone, someone booked it; the picker always shows the next real opening.
Do I pay Haylo or the clinic?
You pay the clinic directly at your appointment, exactly as if you had phoned them. Haylo charges no booking fee. If a same-day discount is shown on a time, that lower price is what you pay at the desk.
What happens after I book?
You get a confirmation email straight away, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment. The booking also lives in your Haylo account, where you can review or cancel it.
Can I book for my child or someone else?
Yes — choose who the appointment is for as you book and add their details. Haylo remembers the people you book for, so rebooking them takes seconds.
Can I choose my practitioner?
Yes. Every time on this page names the practitioner you’ll see, and you can filter the times to a specific person. Tap anyone under “Who you’ll see” for their background and how their qualifications were checked.
What if I need to cancel?
Same-day bookings are charged the full appointment price for a late cancellation or a no-show. Booking further ahead, cancelling is free with more than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the appointment price with 12–24 hours' notice, and the full price with less than 12 hours' notice. A 10-minute grace period applies right after you book. Any fee is charged to the card that secured your booking. You can cancel online from your Haylo account, and the policy is shown before you confirm — never hidden.
How do you check practitioners?
It depends on the profession. Physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy and podiatry are registered by AHPRA, the national health regulator. We check each practitioner against AHPRA’s public register before any of their times appear on Haylo, and we re-check every year. Remedial massage and myotherapy aren’t AHPRA-registered professions — there’s no national register for them, so there’s nothing for us or for you to look up. Instead, therapists qualify through a Diploma of Remedial Massage or an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy, and join a professional association such as Massage & Myotherapy Australia, which requires current first aid, ongoing training and professional indemnity insurance. That association membership is also what makes them a recognised provider with the health funds, so you can claim on your extras cover. Haylo doesn’t hold or check those documents — the clinic confirms its practitioners are appropriately qualified when it joins. You can look a therapist up yourself in their association’s public directory.
