- Regulars never see a discount you didn’t set.
- Discounting is off unless you switch it on, and only unbooked time is ever listed.
- Your diary has the final say.
- Every booking is checked against your Cliniko before it is confirmed.
- Your patient stays yours.
- They go into your Cliniko like anyone who walked in off the street, and their details are yours to keep. Getting them back in is between you and them.
- Your treatment notes are never read.
- Haylo reads times, types, prices and the notes on appointments, and a patient’s name, date of birth, email and phone to find the right file. It never asks Cliniko for treatment notes, medical alerts, letters or attachments.
