What Haylo is
Haylo shows real appointment openings, synced from each clinic’s own practice-management calendar. A time on Haylo is a slot the clinic actually has free — not a request form and not an estimate. When you book it, the appointment goes into the clinic’s calendar like any other booking.
Your appointment is with the clinic, not with Haylo. The clinic sets the price and the practitioner, provides the care, and you pay the clinic directly at your appointment. Haylo charges no booking fee. You add a card on file when you book, and it is only charged for a late cancellation or no-show under the standard policy below.
Coverage
Haylo is in pilot, serving Melbourne’s inner south-east. Clinics join by connecting the practice-management system they already run their diary on, so expect a short list of clinics and disciplines while coverage grows.

Cancellations
You can cancel free during the grace period (10 minutes after your booking is confirmed). After that, Haylo’s standard policy applies at every clinic: free with more than 24 hours’ notice, 50% between 24 and 12 hours, and 100% within 12 hours or for a same-day booking. If the clinic cancels on you, you’re never charged. The full policy is in the Terms of Service.
